Roles You Can Build a Career In
We regularly recruit for roles such as:
- Security Guards / Static Officers
Guarding sites such as offices, construction sites, car parks, retail units and residential buildings. Duties can include access control, patrols, logs, incident reporting and customer contact. - Mobile Patrol Officers
Carrying out mobile patrols, alarm response, locking and unlocking duties and site checks in our branded security vehicles across Birmingham and the wider region. - Keyholding & Alarm Response Officers
Attending alarm activations, carrying out internal and external checks, resetting systems and liaising with the emergency services where necessary.
- Front of House / Concierge Security
Providing a professional, welcoming presence on reception or at front desks, combining security responsibilities with excellent customer service. - Control Room & CCTV Operators
Monitoring cameras, coordinating patrols, logging incidents and providing 24/7 support to officers and clients. - Supervisors & Team Leaders
Managing teams, supporting client relationships and helping to deliver consistent, high-quality security on site.

What We Look For
We’re interested in professionals who take pride in doing the job properly. Typically, we look for:
- A valid SIA licence (Security Guarding / Door Supervisor / CCTV) – or a clear plan to obtain one
- Previous experience in security, mobile patrols, keyholding, CCTV or front-of-house roles (preferred, but not always essential for entry-level positions)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A calm, professional manner – especially when dealing with members of the public or challenging situations
- Reliability and punctuality – we need people our clients can depend on
- Right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence and good local knowledge for mobile and keyholding roles
